We ship across the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Hong Kong. Free shipping on orders from €40 anywhere in the EU. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Returns
If something is not right, you have 30 days after delivery to return unopened products in their sealed packaging for a full refund. That is our own guarantee, on top of your 14-day statutory EU right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back cosmetics that have been opened or unsealed.
