Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every Portrelle product is vegan and never tested on animals.
Where are they made?
Every formula is made in the EU under EU cosmetics law (Regulation 1223/2009) and registered in the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP). The registration number is printed on each box.
How do I build a routine?
Three steps cover most skin: cleanse, treat with a serum, then moisturise. By day, finish with SPF. Take our Find Your Ritual quiz and we will build it for you, or shop by concern.
Which line fits my skin?
Choose by what your skin needs right now: fine lines and firmness (Age & Firm), dullness and dark spots (Glow & Brighten), blemishes and excess oil (Clear & Balance), sensitivity and redness (Calm & Soothe), dryness and a weakened barrier (Hydrate & Barrier), or daily sun protection (Sun).
Can I see the full ingredient list?
Yes. The complete INCI list is on every product page and printed on every box.
Are the formulas certified?
Many of our formulas carry COSMOS NATURAL or COSMOS ORGANIC certification by ECOCERT. Where it applies, the certification is printed on the box panel, together with the CPNP number and the EU Responsible Person.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping is free on orders from €40 anywhere in the EU. We also ship to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Hong Kong.
What if it does not suit me?
You have 30 days after delivery to return unopened products in their sealed packaging for a full refund. See Shipping & Returns for the details.
